Steps:

  1. On the Service Workspace accordion, in the image1317.gifAdministration expander, click image1324.gifEmployees.

  2. Open appropriate employee record to whom you want to activate the security role.

  3. On the ribbon bar, in the Workflow group, click Reopen button.

  4. Observe that the Status field in the General tab changes to Active.
