Steps:
On the Service Workspace accordion,
in the Administration expander, click
Employees.
Open appropriate employee record to whom you want to activate the security role.
On the ribbon bar, in the Workflow group, click Change Status button. Change Status dialog box appears.
From the drop down beside New Status field, select Inactive.
Click Save and Close. Observe that the Status field in the General tab changes to Inactive.
