Activities refer to various activities that happen between an Employee, Business Organization, Field Engineers and Contacts. The activities include various loggings of phone calls, e-mails, notes and many more.

The workspace displays information in two sections:

Include Activities:

• Check Logged By Me check  box to view all the activities logged  by the logged in user.

• Check Logged By Others check box to view all the activities logged by other users except logged user.

• Check both (Logged By Me and Logged by Others) check boxes to view the activities logged by the logged in user and others as well.

Summary Information:

• Displays general billing details.
