Search Same is a drop down menu that contains: Account, Contact and Site.

1. Account displays all the previous cases associated with all the contacts and sites.

2. Contact displays all the previous cases associated with the specific contact.

3. Site displays all the previous cases associated with the specific site.

View the list of all the related  cases, irrespective of the status of the cases, in a specific period of time (max 360 days).

To view list of related invoices that include closed invoices as well.
