Add Preference Against

Every employee is not skilled in all the areas. Moreover, it is not possible for every employee to work in all the available sites. Based on skills and convenience of the employee, list of skills and assets are set as "Preference Against" or "Preference For".

Steps:

1. On the Service Workspace accordion, in the Administration expander, click Employees.

2. The workspace displays list of all the employees in the Organization. Open appropriate employee record from the grid.

3. On the Employee docked split container, click Details node and select Preferences.

4. If you want to set sites as 'Preference Against' then:

• In the workspace, click Sites Against tab

5. If you want to set Assets as 'Preference Against' then:

• In the workspace, click Assets  Against tab

6. On the ribbon bar, in the Preferences group, click Add Preference AGAINST button. LookupSite dialog box appears.

7. Select appropriate Site from the list and click Select and Close.
