Add Queue button enables you to add an employee to a queue.

Steps:

  1. On the Service Workspace accordion, in the image1810.gifAdministration expander, select image1812.gifEmployees.

  2. Open appropriate employee record, whom you want to add to a queue.

  3. On the docked split container, in the Details node, click image1860.gifQueues.

  4. On the ribbon bar, in the Actions group, click image1863.gifAdd Queue button. Lookup Queue dialog box appears.

  5. Select appropriate Queue and click Save and Close.
