Add Queue button enables you to add an employee to a queue.
Steps:
On the Service Workspace accordion,
in the Administration expander, select
Employees.
Open appropriate employee record, whom you want to add to a queue.
On the docked split container, in the Details
node, click Queues.
On the ribbon bar, in the Actions
group, click Add Queue
button. Lookup Queue dialog box appears.
Select appropriate Queue and click Save and Close.
