Delete Appointment button enables the logged in user to delete an existing appointment.
Steps:
On the Service
Workspace accordion, in the Administration expander, click
Employees.
Open appropriate employee record.
On the Employee
docked split container, in the Schedule
node, click
Schedule
sub-node.
Select Personal
Appts tab to delete personal
appointment or
On-Call
Appts tab to delete on-call
appointment
The workspace displays list of appointments that belong to the selected user
Select the appointment you want to delete.
On the ribbon bar, in the Actions group, click Delete Appointment
button. Delete Appointment warning box appears.
Click OK.
