Delete Queue button enables you to delete an employee from an existing queue.
Steps:
On the Service Workspace accordion,
in the Administration expander, select
Employees.
Open appropriate employee record, whom you want to delete from a queue.
On the docked split container, in the Details
node, click Queues.
Select the queue that you want to delete.
On the ribbon bar, in the Actions
group, click Delete Queue
button. Delete warning box appears.
Click OK.
