Edit Appointment button enables the logged in user to edit an existing appointment.

Steps:
  1. On the Service Workspace accordion, in the image1810.gifAdministration expander, click image1812.gifEmployees.

  2. Open appropriate employee record.

  3. On the image1813.gifEmployee docked split container, in the Schedule node, click image1814.gifSchedule sub-node.

  4. Select image1818.gifPersonal Appts tab to edit personal appointment or image1815.gifOn-Call Appts tab to edit on-call appointment

  5. Select the appointment you want to edit.

  6. On the ribbon bar, in the Actions group, click Edit Appointment button. image1816.gifEdit Appointment dialog box appears

  7. Edit appropriate details in desired fields based on Field Names.

  8. Click Save and Close.
