Edit Appointment button enables the logged in user to edit an existing appointment.
On the Service
Workspace accordion, in the Administration expander, click
Employees.
Open appropriate employee record.
On the Employee
docked split container, in the Schedule
node, click
Schedule
sub-node.
Select Personal
Appts tab to edit personal
appointment or
On-Call
Appts tab to edit on-call
appointment
Select the appointment you want to edit.
On the ribbon bar, in the Actions group, click Edit
Appointment button. Edit Appointment dialog box
appears
Edit appropriate details in desired fields based on Field Names.
Click Save and Close.
