Steps:

1. In the Recurring Appointment dialog box, select appropriate Schedule Task from the drop down.

1. If the Schedule Task is Daily wise then, recurring occurs in regular periods for every specified day, for the duration of Start Time and End Time period.

2. If the Schedule Task is Weekly wise then, recurring occurs in regular periods for every specified week days,for the duration of Start Time and End Time period.

3. If the Schedule Task is Monthly wise then, recurring occurs in regular periods for every specified day or week of the month, for the duration of Start Time and End Time period.

4. If the Schedule Task is Quarterly wise then, recurring occurs in regular periods for every specified day or week of the months in the quarter, for the duration of Start Time and End Time period.

2. Enter Start Time and End Time of the appointment during which, the recurring process occurs.

3. Click Save and Close.

Click if the appointment is of high priority

Click if the appointment is of low priority

Click to delete the present appointment

Name or reason that best suits to describe the appointment

Name of the Field Engineer who is the owner for the appointment

Name of the office from the Business Organization Hierarchy Structure

• This field appears if the appointment is zone based..

• From the Zone drop down, select appropriate zone.

• This field appears if the appointment is not zone based.

• From the  Type drop down, select appropriate appointment.

• This field appears if the appointment is not zone based.

• Indicates the priority level of the appointment. The information is automatically loaded once you select High Priority orLow Priority from the tool bar.

Start Time from which the appointment commences.

End Time after which the appointment is invalid

Based on Start Time and End Time of the appointment, the application automatically calculates the Duration for which the appointment is valid

Acting as an alternative to the actual FE, who is the owner of the appointment

Check the check box to create the appointment as a One Day Event i.e., the appointment is valid for 24 hours.
