Open Queue button enables you to open specific queue record from the grid.
Steps:
On the Service Workspace accordion,
in the Administration expander, select
Employees.
Open appropriate employee record.
On the docked split container, in the Details
node, click Queues.
Click the hyperlink (Queue Name column) of the appropriate queue record. The queue opens.
OR
Select the queue that you want to open.
On the ribbon bar, in the Actions
group, click Open Queue
button. The Queue opens.
