Working Hours

Working hours represent the daily schedule for both field engineers and customers.  For engineers, working hours represent the days and times of day they are available for dispatch.  For customers, working hours represent the days and times of day they are available for an engineer to visit their site.  Your GoServicePro account manager has already created a 7X24 calendar as well as a M-F 8X5 calendar.

Working Hours tab displays list of all the Working Hours templates available in the Business Unit.
