A Task is a special consideration or work that needs to be done as a part of a Case or Work Order. Every task is associated with a 'Completion Date', within which the task has to be completed. If not, then the task would be expired.
Steps:
On the Service Workspace accordion,
in the Tasks expander, click
My Tasks.
Filter the search results by entering appropriate details in adhoc row or default toolbar.
Identify and open appropriate task record.
