Open Tasks

See also: Tasks, My Tasks, All Tasks, Closed Tasks, Edit Task dialog box, Work Items ribbon group

1. On the Service Workspace accordion, in the Tasks expander, click Open Tasks.

2. Filter the search results by entering appropriate details in adhoc row or default toolbar.

3. Identify and open appropriate task record.
