Steps:
On the Service Workspace accordion,
in the Cases
expander, click
Select Cases
node and select appropriate sub-node.
On the adhoc row, enter appropriate details in the fields to filter the search results for identifying appropriate record.
Identify the appropriate record and double-click to open the case.
OR
On the quick access tool bar, click Open Object button. Open
Object dialog box appears.
From the Object drop-down menu, select Case.
Type the ID of the Case that you want to open.
Click Open.
