Cases allow for the detailed tracking and resolution of customer issues. In order to resolve problems or service requests, you create cases in the GoServicePro system and add appropriate work items like work orders, tasks, part orders, sub cases etc whenever required. Work items are assigned to eligible technicians through various dispatch tools that are integrated within the GoServicePro. Logging tools enable you to record all the activities and interactions with your customer. Accordingly, you generate invoice by considering factors like billable expenses, activities, service contracts, entitlement program etc.
