New Case button enables you to create a new case.
Steps:
Open any case to view the case-ribbon.
On the ribbon bar, in the Actions group,
click New
Case button.
OR On the default tool bar, click new
icon button
New Case dialog box appears.
Enter appropriate information in all the fields.
Click Save and Close.
