New Case dialog box

New Case dialog box not only enables you to create a new case, but also perform various actions.

Various buttons in New Case dialog box:

• Save and New: Enables you to save the case and create new one.

• Clear: Enables you to clear all the fields.

• Save and Close: Enables you to save and close the case.

• Save and View Case: Enables you to save and view the case.

• Hang Up: Appears during the time of creating new case and enables you to save the case and create a phone log that records the duration for which the case is created and saved.

• Cancel: Enables you to cancel the action and close the dialog box.
