In GoServicePro, you can open a case in multiple ways. In order to open any case, you can follow the actions mentioned below:

  1. Open a Case from Quick Access Tool bar

  2. Open a Case from System Menu

  3. Open a Case from Select Cases node

  4. Open a Case from All Cases node

In order to open a case that has specific condition, you can filter the search results accordingly. Some of such actions can be referred to, as mentioned below:

  1. Open specific Case from Default Tool bar

  2. Open specific Case among the cases that are assigned to you

  3. Open specific Open Case

  4. Open specific Closed Case

  5. Open specific Case that has specific flag assigned to it

  6. Open Case from specific Queue
