All Cases sub-node displays list of all the Open, Open Dispatch and Closed Cases that belong to all the organization levels of the Business Organization Hierarchy Structure. The information displayed is similar to that of Select Cases node.
Steps:
On the Service Workspace accordion,
in the Cases
expander, click
Select Cases
and then select
All Cases.
In the work space, you can make use of Adhoc Row or Tool bar to filter the search results and identify the Case that you want to open.
Click the Case ID hyperlink of appropriate record OR double-click the record and the Case opens.
