My Queues expander expands to display the list of all the queues and the associated items, created for the user. An employee can view the list of all the assignments assigned to the queue, access them and update accordingly.
Steps:
On the Service Workspace accordion,
in the My Work
expander, click
My
Queues.
The node expands to display list of all the queues created for the user.
The workspace displays list of all the assignments that belong to all the queues of the logged in user. Observe that every assignment is assigned a flag.
Click specific node to view the list of all the assignments assigned for the user, to a specific queue.
Note: All
the assignments displayed in the workspace belong to the logged in
user.
