The Dispatch Board is a powerful field force dashboard that enables drag & drop dispatching, integrated mapping of routes, assigned and unassigned work orders, a calender view of scheduled service calls, workforce resources, etc. This is a central dashboard for resources, work orders, schedules, routes, and more.

The Dispatch Board window lets you find dispatches in a flexible way, see the results, and selectively take appropriate actions.  For instance, in the Dispatch Board window, you can query dispatches based on the Dispatch Status.  You can then review dispatch information and perform actions on the dispatch.  All of the windows you to need to perform actions on the dispatch are accessible from the right-click menu option so you can perform several operations without having to find it again.
