The Needs Assignment grid quickly displays all of
the work orders that need to be assigned
Items in the grid are color coded based on the condition of the work order providing service coordinators with a visual indicator of work orders that are on-time, about to miss a customer commitment or those that have already missed a customer commitment
Right click menus provide quick access to common functions such as assigning the work order, automatically assigning the work order or opening the case
From the Needs Assignment
tab, select the work order that you want to assign
Drag and drop the assignment into the Gantt tab, near the technician to whom you want
to assign the work order
Note: Work Order assignment is possible only after the present
date and time, represented by the horizontal red line.
Right click on appropriate work order on which you want to perform an action. A menu appears that allows you to perform a variety of operations
From here, you can open work order, open related case, set
category codes, change
status, assign to user, change settings,
