Dispatch a Work Order

Once you create a new Work Order for any case, it is automatically updated in Needs Assignment tab. From here, you can dispatch the work order to desired FE.

From a Dispatch Board, you can dispatch a Work Order in three ways. You can click the following hyperlinks to know the step-by-step procedure of the respective methods:
