My Inbox expander displays list of all the assignments that belong to the logged in user. The assignments include work orders, part orders and tasks. You can filter the search results from the adhoc row and save the result for future reference.
Every assignment is assigned a Flag to identify its importance and priority based on color. By default, the application assigns default flag to every assignment. However, you can edit the flag of an assignment based on the requirement.
Steps:
On the Service Workspace accordion, in the My Work expander, click My Inbox.
The node expands to display list of all the flags created for the user.
The workspace displays list of all the assignments that belong to the logged in user. Observe that every assignment is assigned a flag.
