You can edit the color or name of the existing flag in the sub-node
list of My Inbox
expander.
Steps:
On the Service Workspace accordion,
in the My Work
expander, click
My
Inbox.
Open any record.
In the workspace, beside Owner/Queue field, click flag
drop down. Edit
Flag dialog box appears.
In the dialog box, from the Flags drop down, select the flag that you want to edit.
From the Color drop down, update color.
Update Name if you want to edit the name too.
Click Save and Close.
Note: Once
the existing flag is edited, all its assigned assignments are updated
automatically.
