My Work
expander enables to view the details, work, schedules, and billing
details of the logged in user. From here, you can access
Dispatch
Board, where you can assign users with cases and work orders.
My Organization
allows you to view the Business Organization
Hierarchy Structure.
My Information
enables you to view all your personal information, attachments, activities,
skills, certifications, preferences, timesheet, assigned part orders,
tasks and work orders.
My Inbox
displays list of all the assignments that belong to the logged in
user.
My Queues
display the list of all the queues and the associated items that are
created for the user.
Default tab displays work items that the user owns.
Steps:
On the Service Workspace accordion,
in the My Work
expander, click
My
Inbox.
In the My Inbox node, click Default. The workspace displays list of all
the assignments that are assigned to the Default flag.
Note:
By default, the application assigns default flag to every assignment.
You cannot delete Default flag.
