Delete
Existing FlagSee also: Default, Edit Flag of an Assignment, Edit Existing Flag, Create New Flag, Edit Flag dialog box
On the Service Workspace accordion,
in the
My Work
expander, click
My
Inbox.
Open any record.
In the workspace, beside Owner/Queue field, click
flag drop down.
Select Edit Flag. Edit Flag dialog box appears.
From the Flags drop down, select the flag that you want to delete.
Click
Delete.
Note:
You cannot delete Default Flag.
You can delete only flags that are free from all the assignments.
