On the Service Workspace accordion,
in the My Work
expander, click
My
Inbox.
Open any record.
In the workspace, beside Owner/Queue
field, click flag drop down.
Select Edit Flag. Edit Flag dialog box appears.
In the dialog box, click New
button.
From the Color drop down, select appropriate color.
In the Name field, enter Name.
Click Save and Close.
