On the Service Workspace accordion,
in the My Work
expander, click
My
Inbox.
Filter the search results using adhoc row or default tool bar to identify the specific record to which you want to edit the flag.
Click appropriate link in the appropriate record to open the assignment.
In the workspace, beside Owner/Queue
field, click flag drop down.
Select appropriate flag.
On the ribbon bar, in the Actions
group, click Save.
