If you want to know the cases that are assigned to you, you can always find a list of all of them in My Cases node. Here, you can view the list of all the cases for which you are the owner.
Steps:
On the Service Workspace accordion,
in the Cases expander, click
Select Cases node and then select
My
Cases.
In the workspace, you can view the list of all the Case records for which you are the owner. Use Adhoc Row or Tool bar to identify the case that you want to open.
Click Case ID hyperlink of the record
OR
Double-click the record
OR
Select the record and in the tool bar, click
Open Object button. The Case opens.
