If you want to know the Cases that are in Open condition, or if you want to open a specific Case that is open, you can find it from Open Cases node. Here, you can view the list of all the Open Cases from the complete Business Unit Organization Hierarchy.
Steps:
On the Service Workspace accordion,
in the Cases expander, click
Select Cases node and then select
Open
Cases.
In the workspace, you can filter the search results using Tool bar or Adhoc Row.
Identify appropriate record from the search results and double-click to open it.
