If you want to view the list of all closed cases or re-open a closed case, you can find a list of all of them in Closed Cases node.
Steps:
On the Service Workspace accordion, in the Cases expander, click
Select Cases and then select
Closed Cases.
In the workspace, identify appropriate record by using Tool bar or Adhoc Row.
Double-Click to open the record.
