The Dispatch Advisor control is a tool to assist in the scheduling of field resources. The system weighs and optimizes important variables such as, contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAsAn SLA is a contractual agreement between your service organization and your customer stipulating the minimum standards of service.), Field Engineers' current locations, schedules, skills and certifications.
