Manual Lookup

Manual Lookup button enables you to manually select suitable technicians from the available list in order to dispatch the present work order.

Steps:

1. Open appropriate work order that you want to dispatch.

2. On the ribbon bar, in the Dispatch group, click Search Resources drop down button.

3. From the drop down list, select Manual Lookup. Re-order Jobs dialog box appears.

4. Select appropriate resource by investigating for the best profile who can best fit to operate the work order.

5. Click Save and Close.
