Gantt

Gantt tab displays list of all the technicians from all the hierarchy levels of the business organization structure.

Steps:

1. On the Dispatch Advisor dialog box, in the tool bar, click Search Resource. The tab displays list of all the available technicians along with their rank, score and office details.

2. Select the most suitable technician to whom you want to dispatch the work order.

3. Map tab displays route in red color, which is the distance from the technician's start place to the work order location.

4. On the tool bar, click Settings. Setting Work Order dialog box appears.

5. Set appropriate dates, scenario details and enter appropriate information in all the fields.

6. Click Save and Close.

7. On the tool bar, click Assign to User. Assign dialog box appears.

8. Assign to appropriate user / queue.

9. Click Save and Close.
