Open a Closed Sub Case

If you want to view the list of all closed Sub Cases or re-open a closed Sub Case, you can find a list of all of them in Closed Sub Cases node.

Steps:

1. On the Service Workspace accordion, in the Sub Cases expander, click Closed Sub Cases.

2. In the workspace, identify appropriate record by  using Tool bar or Adhoc Row.

3. Double-Click to open the record.
