In GoServicePro, you can open a Sub Case in multiple ways. In order to open any Sub Case, you can follow the actions mentioned below:

  1. Open a Sub Case from Quick Access Tool bar

  2. Open a Sub Case from System Menu

  3. Open a Sub Case from All Sub Cases node

In order to open a Sub Case that has specific condition, you can filter the search results accordingly. Some of such actions can be referred to, as mentioned below:

  1. Open specific Sub Case from Default Tool bar

  2. Open specific Sub Cases among the Sub Cases that are assigned to you

  3. Open specific Open Sub Case

  4. Open specific Closed Sub Case

  5. Open specific Sub Case that has specific flag assigned to it

  6. Open Sub Case from specific Queue
