Open a Sub Case from Default Tool bar

Steps:

1. In the workspace, select the identify and select the Sub Case that you want to open. You can even filter the search results using search tools on the tool bar.

2. On the Default Tool bar, click Open Object button. The Sub Case opens.

OR

In the grid, you can click ID hyperlink of appropriate record and the Sub Case opens.

OR

In the grid, you can double-click the record of appropriate Sub Case and the Sub Case opens.
