All Sub Cases sub-node displays list of all the Open, Open Dispatch and Closed Sub Cases that belong to all the organization levels of the Business Organization Hierarchy Structure.
Steps:
On the Service Workspace accordion,
in the Sub
Cases expander, click
All Sub Cases.
In the work space, you can make use of Adhoc Row or Tool bar to filter the search results and identify the Sub Case that you want to open.
Click the Sub Incident ID hyperlink of appropriate record OR double-click the record and the Sub Case opens.
