Open specific Open Sub Case

If you want to know the Sub Cases that are in Open condition, or if you want to open a specific Sub Case that is open, you can find it from Open Sub Cases node. Here, you can view the list of all the Open Sub Cases from the complete Business Unit Organization Hierarchy.

An Open Sub Case can have following conditions:

Open

Open-Dispatch

Open-Reject

Steps:

1. On the Service Workspace accordion, in the Sub Cases expander, click Open Sub Cases.

2. In the workspace, you can filter the search results using Tool bar or Adhoc Row.

3. Identify appropriate record from the search results and double-click to open it.
