Open Service Level button enables you to open specific Service Level from the grid.
Steps:
On the Service Workspace accordion,
in the
Administration expander, click
Settings.
Open appropriate Business Unit in which you want to open the Service Level record.
On the
Settings
docked split container, in the Billing Settings
node, click
Service Offerings.
In the workspace, click
Service
Levels tab.
In the grid, click the hyperlink of appropriate Service Level. The Service Level opens.
OR
Select the Service Level that you want to open.
On the ribbon bar, in the
Actions group, click
Open Service Level button. The Service Level
opens.
