Steps:
In the workspace, select the identify and select the Work Order that you want to open. You can even filter the search results using search tools on the tool bar.
On the Default Tool bar, click 
Open Object button. The Work Order opens.
OR
In the grid, you can click ID hyperlink of appropriate record and the Work Order opens.
OR
In the grid, you can double-click the record of appropriate Work Order and the Work Order opens.
