Open Work Orders

Open Work Orders are those that are just created but not yet assigned to any field engineer, or the ones that are assigned and are still pending.

Steps:

1. On the Service Workspace accordion, in the Work Orders expander, click Open Work Orders node.

2. Filter the search results either from adhoc row or default toolbar.

3. Identify and open appropriate record.
