Open Working Hours Template

Open Working Hours Template button enables you to open specific Working Hours Template from the grid.

Steps:

1. On the Service Workspace accordion, in the Administration expander, click Settings.

2. Open appropriate Business Unit in which you want to open the Working Hours Template.

3. On the Settings docked split container, in the General Settings node, click General Settings.

4. In the workspace, click Working Hours tab.

5. In the grid, click the hyperlink of appropriate Working Hours Template. The template opens.

OR

1. Select the template that you want to open.

2. On the ribbon bar, in the Working Hours group, click Open Working Hours Template button. The template opens.
