Part Order Lines

Part Order Lines are individual parts ordered by the customer or field engineer. When a single case or work order demands multiple parts, you can create a single part order for all the parts, called as Part Order Header.

Steps:

1. On the Service Workspace accordion, in the Part Orders expander, select Part Order Lines.

2. Filter search results by entering appropriate details in adhoc row or default toolbar.

3. Identify and open appropriate record.
