Working with Line Item

2. Open Part Order

   Opens Part Order Header, to which the present Line Item belongs to.

3. Assign Line

4. Accept Line

   Accept button enables you to accept the assignment that is either assigned to you or to your queue, by another technician.

5. Close Line

   Close Line button enables you to close a line item.

   Steps:

   1. On the Part Movement dialog box, at the bottom, on the tool bar, click Close Line. Close Part Line dialog box appears.

   2. Enter Status, Close Date and Notes.

   3. Click Save and Close.
