Product Skills and Certifications are the intersection of products from the part master and skills and certifications.  You may associate skills and certifications to the family of a part from the part master, the line of a part from the part master or the part itself.  This provides flexibility to associate skills and certifications at a higher level than at each part.  When a work order is created, GoServicePro will evaluate the site asset associated to the case and apply the appropriate skills and certifications to the work order based on the selected site asset.
