Work Order Template dialog box enables you to create a template for creating a Work Order with specific nature.

Templates can be selected at the time a case is created and will automatically create dispatch tasks as defined in the template. These are especially useful in situations where more than task and/or more than one engineer may be necessary to perform the service required by the case. The template can have multiple work orders, skills, certifications, tasks and spare parts. However, these details can still be changed in the real work order according to the requirement.
