Add Child

Add Child button enables you to add skills at child and sub-child levels in the hierarchy.
Steps:
On the Service Workspace accordion, in the Administration expander, click Settings.
Open appropriate Business Unit to which you want to add child skill.
On the Settings docked split container, in the Dispatch Settings node, click Skills and Cert Master.
In the workspace, click Skills Master tab.
Select the appropriate level in the hierarchy of the skill under which you want to add child skill.
Enter appropriate details in Skill Value and Skill Text fields, set appropriate language in Language drop down and check Activate check box.
Click Add Child button. Child skill is created.
